The anonymized string created from your email address (“hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/ . Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.

Mediafiles

If you are a registered user and upload photos to the site, you might want to avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata because they may contain your GPS location. Visitors can retrieve this information by downloading the images from the site.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may want to set cookies to store your name, email address, and website. This is for your convenience so you don’t have to fill it in again when you re-comment. These cookies are stored for one year.

If you have an account on the site and log in, we will set a temporary cookie to see if your browser supports the cookie, the cookie does not contain any personal information, and it is deleted when you close your browser.

You can also request to delete this data, this does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.
